Refund Policy

At ENS Design Group LLC, client satisfaction is our priority. Due to the custom and consultative nature of our design services, all sales are considered final once work has commenced. However, we understand that situations may arise where adjustments are needed.

Refund Eligibility:

• Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of payment and before any design work has begun.

• If work has already started, partial refunds may be considered based on the amount of work completed and at the sole discretion of ENS Design Group LLC.

• No refunds will be issued for completed services or delivered digital assets.

Revisions & Support:
We are committed to working closely with our clients to ensure the final product meets expectations. Reasonable revisions are included as outlined in your service agreement.
