By engaging with ENS Design Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services
We provide design and consulting services as outlined in our proposals or agreements. All services are customized and subject to the scope, timelines, and fees agreed upon in writing.

2. Payment Terms
Payments are due according to the schedule provided in the project agreement. Late payments may result in project delays or suspension of work.

3. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are included as stated in the service agreement. Additional revisions or requests outside of the original scope may incur extra charges.

4. Ownership & Rights
Final deliverables become the property of the Client upon full payment. ENS Design Group LLC retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Clients may cancel services in writing. Refunds, if applicable, are subject to our Refund Policy.

6. Liability
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. All work is provided "as is" without warranties unless expressly stated.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of the state in which ENS Design Group LLC is registered.
