Located in the downtown sector of Fate, Texas, Richlands Plaza is under current construction. ENS Design Group worked with the developer YRC Builders to create construction documents, renderings, & site layouts for the mixed-use commercial & residential 2 & 3 story buildings.

Worked with a local contractor to create a patio with pergola and gable roof, using timbers, wood slats, aluminum screened in area, and sliding barn doors. A great idea during for an all year use patio overlooking the pool.  Project was located in Tampa, Florida.

Client needed an Electrical House modeled in 3D and showing electrical connections, equipment, CCTV, networking and data lines, along with the steel container layout and foundation for presentation and construction. Equipment is typically shipped to mining sites and oil fields.

Worked with a client who wanted a somewhat mountain rustic craftsman style house. ENS Design Group created several  concept designs and 3D renderings for the client who chose their favorite one. Located near Butte, Montana.

Worked with a Civil Engineer to create a Grading, Drainage, and Site plan for a single-family residence in Glendale, Arizona.

The client was torn between several different styles and materials. ENS Design Group provided various options in 3D to help the client visualize their kitchen.  The renderings helped the client with final selection and allowed them to see results before final decisions were made.

Client requested a modern house design. ENS Design Group created the  concept design and 3D renderings. Client decided to continue with construction documents using ENS Design Group as well to create the final masterpiece.  Construction was near Yakima, Washington in 2023

A roofing manufacturing company fell behind with their in-house CAD drafting team and reached out to get their company caught up-to-speed.  We took several projects from them, updated details, used their standards, and helped get them caught up.
